Join the Jazz Band
We are looking to increase the size of our jazz band and have openings in trombone, trumpet and sax sections. If you're eager to elevate your playing to the next level and are willing to dedicate time to practicing between rehearsals, we warmly invite you to join our ensemble.

Rehearsals and Performances
Under the direction of Jay Huenink, the jazz band rehearses twice a month on Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Oakwood Church in Hartland. Rehearsals take place during the spring and fall seasons. The spring season runs from February through May, and the fall season runs from September through December. Regular rehearsal attendance and dedication to individual practice are essential, as consistent effort supports both personal development and ensemble success.
The band performs throughout the local area. Past performances have included Waukesha Friday Night Live, the Oakwood Church Picnic, Mukwonago Midnight Magic, Greenwald Performing Arts Center, and the Mukwonago Public Library, among others.
