Rehearsal Dates and Times
Weekly Rehearsals:
Spring rehearsals will take place every Tuesday evening in the Mukwonago High School band room starting Tuesday, January 27th from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Due to band room availability, some rehearsals will be held at Park View Middle School, watch you email. Members are asked to arrive on time and prepared to play. Setup and breakdown help is always appreciated.
Dress Rehearsals:
- Tuesday, May 5th, 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Oakwood Church.
- Friday, May 15th, 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Mukwonago PAC.
Concerts:
- Saturday, May 9th, at Oakwood Church. Orchestra members must arrive and be ready by 6:00 PM, the concert is at 7:00 PM.
- Saturday, May 16th at the PAC. Orchestra members must arrive and be ready by 6:00 PM, the concert is at 7:00 PM.
Attendance:
We value everyone’s commitment to the group, and good attendance is essential for our success. If you are unable to attend a rehearsal or performance, please inform your section leader as soon as possible. This allows us to plan effectively and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and dedication!
Schedule Changes:
In case of any last-minute schedule changes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, updates will be sent via email and Remind. If you are not already enrolled in Remind, please email gracenotesorchestra@gmail.com with your name and cell phone number to receive text notifications.
