Rehearsal Dates and Times
Weekly Rehearsals:
Spring rehearsals are held every Tuesday evening from 7:00–9:00 PM in the Mukwonago High School band room, beginning Tuesday, January 27.
Due to band room availability, some rehearsals will be held at Park View Middle School. Please watch your email for location updates.
Members are expected to arrive on time and prepared to play. Assistance with setup and breakdown is always appreciated.
Dress Rehearsals:
- Tuesday, May 5th, 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Oakwood Church.
- Friday, May 15th, 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Mukwonago PAC.
Concerts:
- Saturday, May 9th, at Oakwood Church. Orchestra members must arrive and be ready by 6:00 PM, the concert is at 7:00 PM.
- Saturday, May 16th at the PAC. Orchestra members must arrive and be ready by 6:00 PM, the concert is at 7:00 PM.
Attendance:
We value everyone’s commitment to the group, and good attendance is essential for our success. If you are unable to attend a rehearsal or performance, please inform your section leader as soon as possible. This allows us to plan effectively and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and dedication!
Schedule Changes:
In case of any last-minute schedule changes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, updates will be sent via email and Remind. If you are not already enrolled in Remind, please email gracenotesorchestra@gmail.com with your name and cell phone number to receive text notifications.
